Chris Allen, Principal Broker/Owner

Chris Allen grew up in Fort Smith, and graduated from Southside High School. He went on to University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate, Chris began his Real Estate career in North West Arkansas before moving back to Fort Smith in January 1995. After working with another real estate firm for 10 years he left to start Envision Real Estate Group, LLC in January 2005. Chris is an active member of the local, state and national Board of Realtors and has served locally as the Chairman of the MLS Committee and as Director.


Chris is married to his wife Shani and they have three sons. When he is not working Chris enjoys time with family and friends and watching Razorback football and basketball games

Gray Johnson, Executive Broker

Gray Johnson knows the importance of quality and, for that reason, has established a reputation as the “Fine Home Specialist” in Fort Smith.  It all started with a whim…taking a real estate class at Westark (now UAFS) in the fall of 1994.  She went to work for a prominent real estate agency in Jan of ’95, and has never looked back.  Arkansas Business had rated Gray in the top 50 agents in the state of Arkansas for the past several years, so when she spotted the perfect location for a Real Estate office on Highway 71 south, she knew it was time to strike out on her own. Gray Johnson Realty, llc was born in January of 2002, with a gala ribbon cutting by the Chamber in July.  With continued success, she moved to a larger location in 2009, and now she has moved to an even better location with Envision Real Estate Group, LLC at 5419 Duncan Rd.

So what’s Gray’s secret to success? She is a third generation Fort Smithian and she loves this city. “I don’t sell anyone anything without selling them on Fort Smith first.” She also sees her role as an agent as more than just a facilitator between the buyer and the seller, but as a friend. “We keep in touch with all of our clients after the sale and make sure that they know they’re important to us.”

Sarah May, Sales Associate

Sarah, a life-long River Valley resident, is a graduate of the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith and Tulsa University, where she obtained her Bachelors and Masters Degrees, respectively, in History.  Since graduating with her Master’s Degree, she has been working for the Federal Government’s Social Security Administration.

 If you haven’t met Sarah, she is full of passion and commitment to her family and making a difference in Fort Smith and the River Valley communities.  Looking for ways to reach her full potential, Sarah decided to pursue a career in real estate where she could challenger herself and make a significant impact in the community.  Real estate is a career where she can find success in both.  Sarah’s greatest asset is the ability to listen combined with strong work ethic.  Everyone knows excellent communication is key and she will use her skills to help you find the right buyer or perfect new place to call “home”.  Whether you are new to our community or a lifelong resident, she will make you feel right at home and work hard so you don’t have to.

 Sarah and her husband, Jeremy, have two beautiful children, Warren and Bailey.  They are actively involved in the Fort Smith business, volunteering, and philanthropic community– always contributing and working tirelessly to make Fort Smith an even better place to call home!

Pamela Martin, Sales Associate

Pamela Martin started her Real Estate Career is South Florida in 2005.
As a Realtor in the Broward Beach area, her main Portfolio was in the sale of
waterfront property. However, after the down turn of the real estate market
she quickly turned those stale waterfront properties into Income producing
properties. That is when she embraced Property Management and restructured
her career.  In 2008, she and her family relocated to the River Valley area.
She brings with her an extensive marketing history, while handling various
administrative tasks with diligence, excelling at  multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
and has “Outside of the Box” marketing and problem solving skills.
